My recurring meetings have disappeared from App home page. they were there this morning and now gone. I can still see them on the desktop app and the links still work when clicke don to join but when I click open IOS zoom app they do not show on the home page - they have disappeared.

I have about 10 recurring meeting all set to ‘no fixed time’. Can anyone tell me how to get them back showing in the app please?

Thanks

@Rebecca Kinton I spoke to our team and you can find your “No fixed time” meeting in “My Anytime meetings” on a mobile client.

Here is the support article that points this out.

    Hello @SYFO

No fixed time meetings and webinars do not sync with your client on mobile. You can see them on a desktop or web browser. Please see our KB article here on the limitations of a “No Fixed TIme” recurring meeting/webinar.

Why would they remove this? It has totally messed up my workflow as I have multiple no fixed times with ongoing clients. How is this smart design when Zoom has essentially made their product worse for many existing users?

    Hello @Rebecca Kinton

It has been this way since it was developed as far as I know. Mobile clients are always going to have some limitations on the UI that they can fit into their screen. You can set the recurring meetings with a time and date and then you can edit one meeting in the series of meetings to fit the time that you would like to have that meeting. You simply edit the series and then choose which recurring meeting in the series that you would like to edit. The meeting series will still have the same meeting ID, but the time for one of the sessions will be whatever you choose for it. This also, has been around for a very long time.

@JacklynnLove  are you also not able to see recurring meetings with “no fixed time” on your mobile devices? Are you using iOS, or Android for your mobile Zoom Workplace application?

This was a little hard to find. Go to the three dots on your home page and you will see “My anytime meetings” hope that helps.

This is literally the most useless thing you could have possibly done zoom - you have completely messed up my daily workflow with clients - I will be moving to teams

I agree with other commenters. Very annoying change from my perspective. Makes things difficult for no reason. I haaate the new interface. Seriously, you need new design ideas, or better yet, go back to what works.

I concur with the collective verdict. This is a most inconvenient change. There is (evidently) someone in the company thinking we should all use the app the way THEY use it. At least give us a toolbar entry for “My anytime meetings” for easier access!
