I'm missing something.
I have ZOOM phone, multiple locations with total of 50 Auto Receptionists that require holiday schedules to be updated. I chose 1 site AR to create the template, updated the template with the holiday changes. This modified template is only showing for the site I created from.
What Have I missed?

Hey @Gus_Lippolis there are restrictions in place that prevent templates from being assigned to the sites main auto receptionist. Normal receptionists pose no difficulties. If you could assign templates before, the AR was not a main site AR, more info here for the limitations.
You could possibly leverage our Zoom Dev Documentation for Zoom Phone APIs on Auto Receptionist for updating those main-site holiday hours.

Based on my newfound knowledge, figure my best solution is to create a "Call Queue holiday" template at the Company Info level and apply to Call Queues as needed.
