Adding a room scheduler to an existing Zoom Rm

Looking to find out how to configure two devices that will be using the same Outlook email address with in the portal. The actual Zoom room is configured to pull from outlook for upcoming meetings. I am tiring to install a Crestron room scheduler outside the room that will be using the same email as the Zoom room.  Any guidance would be much apricated.
