witheboard on Version 5.15.2 not working

Hi

I have an issue when I try to start witheboard on Version 5.15.2(18096), it shows the witheboard window but keeps loading and I can not select anything also not able to create a new one.
On the WebPortal it looks everything good.

I updated to the newest version 5.15.3 but still same issue.

Any idea?

I´m using Windows 10 as OS...

When someone in the meeting starts the witheboard I get the following message..

When I try to start a witheboard I get the following situation:

after deinstallation of zoom client with clean_zoom and reinstalling the newest version the witheboard works again.
