how to solve new whiteboard problem

when i sharing new whiteboard with my student,

student can't find drawing pencil bar..

how to solve this?

@jennyoon @Abhig - The issue might be due to sharing settings. Can you take a picture of the share sheet under the share button? Looks something like this... 

Also, are you sharing the whiteboard in or out of a meeting?

Having the same issue. I am sharing inside a meeting. Ive tried everything!

@Bonitaowens - can you check your account settings to see if external sharing is enabled?

when i sharing whiteboard, it mention like this

'The owner of the whiteboard only allows sharing with users within the same organization.'

@jennyoon - Are you able to change the "external users can be invited" option?
