When I open whiteboard, it does not work, and , also I am getting messeges like "Use ctrl+B to bold the text"

Mostly, it's because the network connection to zoom service is not stable.

 

If you try to re-open the whiteboard, it may be working again. 

 

If you can't open the whiteboard after retry,  wish you can Report a Problem in client. Thanks.
