On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom whiteboard not saving previous work

Hello - I've created a zoom whiteboard containing 12 different pages for a shared project for work. Whiteboard is supposedly auto-saving my work but after closing out of Zoom and returning after a few hours, my updated work is gone. I've tried saving versions of my work, and that doesn't seem to save either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi bwcaparefooban - First thing I would recommend is to make sure that your Zoom App is updated. To update your App, click on your Profile Picture and click on Check for updates. Once the App is updated please try to check if you're still experiencing issues saving your whiteboard. If issue persists, I would suggest that you reach-out to your Zoom Admin first to ensure that all necessary permissions are enabled for your profile. If all the settings are correct, kindly advise your Zoom Admin to create a technical support case for this so one of our tech engineers can check why your whiteboard isn't saving.
