Why does zoom application always quit while my student share their whiteboard on the screen (iPad 9th)?

Here are possible reasons

 

 

  • Outdated Zoom App or iOS: Ensure both are updated to the latest versions.
  • Device Performance Issues: Close background apps to free up memory.
  • Screen Sharing Permissions: Check iPad settings to allow screen recording.
  • Insufficient Storage: Clear cache or reinstall the Zoom app to resolve storage or data issues.
  • Virtual Backgrounds/Filters: Disable these to reduce processing load.
  • Network Stability: Ensure a stable and strong Wi-Fi connection.
  • Conflicting Apps: Close any unnecessary or conflicting apps running in the background.
