Hello, 

I want to ask if I can still use classic whiteboard and if not how do the participants could write on the board I share..?

Hi @Kyrkat if you'd like to return to the classic whiteboard, please follow the steps in this support article https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0074220

If you'd like to stay with our new whiteboard and let participants write on the board, you likely have your setting set to "Only users in the same organization" as per the screenshot above. Feel free to adjust this sharing setting in your account settings > Whiteboard. Toggle it to "Allow sharing with users in the same organization and outside your organization."
