When I share the board with other people, they sometimes lose the "add image to the board" button. Why is this happening?

Hi, can you confirm if your account have enabled this setting as screenshot below? account management -> account settings -> whiteboard -> other settings -> Allow users to upload files to Whiteboard (zoom.us/account/setting?tab=whiteboard)

this setting is enabled, but the error still exist
