Whiteboard Typed Text & Photos not showing on whiteboard for recipient

When I create a new whiteboard, there are some functions that work fine on my screen but not viewable on the recipient's end.  On their end, any typed text does not show, photos do not show (show grey box 'Loading'). 

Hand drawings and PDF's load fine.  Sticky note does display but not the typed text within. 

Yet they all display perfectly fine via the web browser version. 

 

Recipient is on the latest app version on her laptop (mac). 

 

What would be the cause of this?

I have the same problem. The old whiteboard in Zoom worked just fine. The new one is presenting many issues I see.
