Whiteboard Typed Text & Photos not showing on whiteboard for recipient

When I create a new whiteboard, there are some functions that work fine on my screen but not viewable on the recipient's end. On their end, any typed text does not show, photos do not show (show grey box 'Loading'). Hand drawings and PDF's load fine....
