Hello !

I am trying to change the Default Access Level from "Only Invited Users" to "Anyone" but it is said "Your admin has disabled this setting for your organization". What can I do to change this ?

Many thanks for your help.

The only thing you can do is contact your Zoom admin and make a request.

Frank

Good day.  I found the solution to my problem, which I'll share and hope that it solves yours.

Under Admin > Account Management > Account Settings, you will see a menu across the top consisting of "Meeting...Recording...Audio Conferencing...Zoom Chat...Zoom Apps...Whiteboard".  Under "Whiteboard", the bottom section is "Whiteboard cloud sharing".   Mine was originally set to "Only users in the same organization".   When I changed it to "Allow sharing with anyone with a Zoom account", I was able to share my whiteboard with everyone

Hi ,

I am also trying to change the Default Access Level from "Only Invited Users" to "Anyone" but it is said "Your admin has disabled this setting for your organization". What can I do to change this ?

I am the administrator, so this is strange...... can you kindly help me?

Jantine

Under Whiteboard in Account Settings in Account Management, there are (currently) two groups of settings with similar names:

1) Whiteboard cloud sharing

Sharing

( ) Only users in the same organization

(*) Allow sharing with users in the same organization and outside your organization

2) Whiteboard Sharing Defaults

These settings will apply by default

Default access Level

Who can access

( ) Only invited Users

( ) ....
( ) Anyone

Option 2 has parts disabled until option 1) Whiteboard cloud sharing the setting (*) Allow sharing with users in the same organization and outside your organization, is selected.

Setting option   (*) Allow sharing... allowed the annotation tools back on the whiteboard again for guest users.
