Validating external whiteboard collaborators

I finally sorted out how to allow whiteboard collaboration by people outside my organization (yes, I am the admin for my paid zoom account). But now I'm finding it's important to document who is making changes and comments.

 

Is there a setting for forcing external collaborators to sign-in or otherwise validate who they are? Can this be done with more than just a zoom account? could they sign in to my whiteboard using their Google credentials, for example?

 

Help!

HI @jgvanides! Could you share how you are sharing the whiteboard with these external users? Are you adding them by name or via a link? 

 

You can click on the cloud save icon or navigate to the whiteboard history to view an activity log of all edits made on the board. You can then hover over the name of the user to see their profile card:
