New update - students cannot annotate on whiteboard

They RECENTLY made a change and now my classes are interrupted and can't get immediate help.

 

This is so unfair.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?  Support won't help me even though they made the change.

Hi @MarkisGardner , sorry for that.  "students cannot annotate on whiteboard", I think students can't edit on the whiteboard and they are in viewonly status, right?
