How to fix Zoom whiteboard annotations not showing live in recordings

I've been encountering a specific issue with Zoom whiteboard during my recorded tutoring sessions, and I'm hoping to find some guidance or a solution here. During the live session, everything seems to work fine, but when watching the recording, the annotations made by the tutor aren't visible until they move to a new text box. At that point, all the previous annotations suddenly become visible

Here is an example of what happened to me....It all showed up live, nothing is on the recording at first, but suddenly it appeared for a while, and then at the end it is not showing up again on the recording but it was there live.
