disable participant annotation on the whiteboard

Hi @jcbo! We ought to hire a bunch of those students to figure out create ways to disrupt a whiteboard session! 

Good news: we launched a new feature to quickly disable meeting participants from editing! Click on the people pile and you will see a drop down with options to view or hide cursors as well as disable participants from editing!

@JC26_2 This toggle only appears when you open a whiteboard in a meeting from the bottom meeting toolbar. Let us know if you have any other issues finding it!
