Hi everybody,

we stumbled upon the question, if it is possible to copy content from one whiteboard to another one? Or export/import not only a png/pdf, but the whiteboard with his objects? Any plans on this?

Thanks and take care

Hello @-christian

Adding to @BakerHe 's comments:

  • You can select objects (using drag, or Select All) and then "Paste" onto the new board
  • You can also "duplicate" a board (from the Whiteboard dashboard (...) menu
  • If you're using the same content frequently and have a Zoom Whiteboard Plus subscription, you can "Save as Template" to create a personal template of content that can be accessed through the Template menu

Hope that helps!

copy content from one whiteboard to another one ?

Yes, we can.

Or export/import not only a png/pdf, but the whiteboard with his objects?

No, exported with its objects is not supported. We can only export as png/PDF/CSV now. And I think CSV is not what you want because it does not contain all data and can't be imported to whiteboard again.
