Cannot read past comments in my whiteboard

Hi, I cannot access the comments on my whiteboard. I have the Zoom app on my laptop updated to the latest version (6.3.10) have restarted the app and my laptop several times, and even opened the whiteboard in a new browser, but nothing worked. If I add a new comment then I can open it, but any other past comment can't be opened - whether it's from me or from others.

Hi @Clary ,

 

In the top-right corner next to your profile icon, you’ll find the More Tools button. Click on it to access the Comment Panel.

Within the Comment Panel, you can filter the comments you want to see, such as resolved comments, comments where you’re mentioned, and more.
