On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hi everyone,
Over the past week, I've been experiencing an issue when trying to copy and paste images from one Zoom Whiteboard to another. This feature had worked flawlessly for several months, but now it suddenly stopped working.
Specifically, I'm copying images from a whiteboard where I prepare teaching materials and trying to paste them into the whiteboard I use during class. When I paste, the images briefly appear and then disappear again. It looks like the whiteboard reloads itself right after the paste action.
I've tested this in Firefox, Chrome, and the Zoom Workplace App on Ubuntu — the issue happens in all of them.
Any ideas what might be causing this or how I can fix it?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Hannes

Hey @hannesito ,
I assume that "copy-paste image" refers to using the "ctrl/meta + C/V" keys on the keyboard to copy-paste the image.
This method only works when both whiteboards are logged in with the same account.
Recommended solution: Copy as image, then paste between whiteboards. This method always works even if logged in with different accounts.
