2nd camera sharing just a black screen when switching back to whiteboard then to camera again.

I've tried everything. 

The second camera sharing works once, but if I need to go back and forth to the whiteboard, the second camera just gives me a black screen. 

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, you name it.  Please help!
