I have an issue with the ZVA login.
"Failed to login: The subdomain URL is not connecting. Manage subdomains in Contact Center preferences."
This is the error message displayed when running the downloaded SDK file and running it on html. Can someone help me on this topic1 .

There are two solutions here:
1. You do not have the subdomain set-up correctly in Zoom CONTACT CENTER. There is a place for campaigns in ZVA and ZCC. If you are connecting to a live agent in ZCC, then the ZVA "campaign" needs to be set-up in your ZCC campaigns and then configure a flow in ZCC to open the chatbot and then have a place to "come back" when the customer wants to chat with a human. Click here to view images of how mine is configured.
You must use the embed tag on the Zoom Contact Center campaigns tab in your HTML and an entry point.
The second reason could be that you have a "flag" setting on your account that needs to be disabled. Regardless, place a support ticket under the product "Zoom Contact Center" and "Web Portal" requesting for that feature flag called "Domain Allow List Filtering" to be disabled on your account. This will allow you to add any URL to a campaign, not just the one associated with your Zoom login.
Hope that's helpful!
