I need some support to change the email address for my licensed account to the email address which I have used to set up a basic account ... as I have lost the ability to access my emails from my original account for which I have a subscription ...help is needed !

Hi @Alli2 suggest looking into the KB on Changing the email associated with your account,
If you no longer have access to your original email address to verify the change, contact Zoom Support to initiate the email change for you.

Hi team! I have contacted support multiple times regarding not being able to access my old email add. associated with my original account, nobody has ever replied to me. So I have had to create a new account and cannot seem to figure out how to import my saved recordings from my older account. Any tips on either an account merge or data migration to the new account? Thank you!
