Why can't I just email Zoom. For a communications company his system is incredibly Byzantine and actively discourages communication.

All I want to ask is for Zoom to add a mute button to video conferences, where a participant can mute the speaker.

Same - very frustarting on both levels (lack of feature and lack of contact)
