No access to my old e-mail address used to create my ZOOM account

Good evening,

I have no more access to my original e-mail address used to create my ZOOM account!

Therefore, I have no access to my zoom account while I have paid my bill (see the attached proof of payment).

Could you please help me to access to my account?

With thanks,

Nkunzi

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @nkunzi.

Because this is a public forum, we can't directly assist you with specific issues on your account, as most of us are volunteers with no access to your account info.

The Zoom Virtual Agent provided this helpful guidance:

If you no longer have access to the email address used for your Zoom account, you’ll need to update your email address to regain access. Since you can’t sign in, you’ll need to submit a request to Zoom Support with proof of payment and identity.

Here’s what you should do:

  1. Go to the Zoom support request page: Submit a request to Zoom Support.
  2. Select Account & User Management as the issue type.
  3. In your request, explain that you’ve lost access to your original email and include your proof of payment as an attachment.
  4. Provide as much information as possible about your account (old email address, full name, billing details, etc.) to help verify your identity.

Zoom Support will review your request and help you update your email address so you can regain access to your account.
