I have noticed that when I manually change my status to inactive and then back to active, that it then does not go back to changing my status to away when I am inactive after the allotted amount of time. Nor does it change to show when I am in calendar items. Is there a way to do this once you have manually changed your status?

HI @amyfeit thank you for posting to the Zoom Community!
Can you please uninstall/reboot device/reinstall your Zoom application by following these steps: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065146
Let me know if you're still having troubles with your status once you refresh your app.

Uninstalling/Reinstalling has worked in the past with this issue. Is that the only solution?

Another option you could try would be to check for any app updates: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060716

Thanks. Uninstalling/Reinstalling is the thing that seems to work in this situation. Is this expected behavior? i.e. in that if you manually change your status, the only way to get it to go back to using your calendar and/or the change my status to "Away" when I am inactive for setting is to uninstall and reinstall the program?
