Hi everyone!
We have an OTRS Ticketing System running on Linux on a headless (i.e. no graphic interface) server. We need to install a Zoom client in that server and create a user for it, so that the OTRS system could send messages about tickets to our employees through Zoom Chat.
Has it been done by someone here?
If so, can you give me some pointers?

Hi @estomagado
Might be easier to create a chatbot, which sounds like it could accomplish what you are wanting to do. You can find out more on the App Marketplace.

Thank you, Bort!
I thought of it, but a chatbot needs to be installed on the client side and I don't want that. I just need my OTRS server to send messages to selected users.
I've found this, I think it's promising:

Also I realised this is not the right forum to post something dev-related. Sorry for that 😄
