Hola, por no tener los pagos al día, me erraron mi cuenta zoom. De inmediato pagué, pero no me aparecen las grabaciones que tenía en la duda ¿Existirá forma de recuperarlas?

Los problemas con el pago no deberían afectar las grabaciones en la nube de su cuenta. Asegúrese de tener la licencia asignada a su perfil y luego vuelva a consultar la página Grabaciones.

Issues with payment should not affect any cloud recordings on your account. Please make sure you have the license assigned to your profile and then check the Recordings page again.
