@RanaTranslation actually, you probably want to check out https://on.zoom.us/.  It does allow you to post classes and take payments (although not directly advertising or searching for students).

Sorry about that.  Unfortunately, the only other payment option is through Events and Webinars which are not ideal for small class teaching.
