Disabled cloud recording Access

I recorded a zoom meeting using cloud, but I can't access it. When ever I try to open it, the page shows' IT admin has disabled the access to your recordings page.' What do I do?

I can't get a hold of admin.

Hey, @blessing92 --

Sounds like you're on a Pro or Business account... and maybe there's only one admin? For a larger organization, I definitely recommend having more than one responsible person able to perform the admin functions.

If the message you have says "Admin disabled access"... then you have to work with your Admin -- sorry.  For sure, us volunteers in the Zoom Community don’t have access to account information or ability to make changes to accounts.

Your only other possible alternative would be to submit a Support Ticket to Zoom staff at:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

... but my opinion is that they're unlikely to make a change for you, since the Admin disabled it.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.
