I operate an online school. During classes, students are 'adding' each other and then creating group chats on Team Chats, and chatting during lessons. Is there a way to disable the Team Chats feature altogether, and/or prevent them from adding each other?

In Zoom, you can disable Team Chat and prevent students from adding each other by:
Disabling Zoom Chat
Go to Settings > In Meeting (Basic) > Chat
Disable Private Chat to stop students from messaging each other.
Set Chat to "Host and Co-host only" to allow only teacher-led chats.

Hi,
You will want to go to Account Settings > Team Chat and use the Security Navigation.....you will then find an option called "Allow users to chat with others".....Disable this setting and lock it so that groups cannot enable it themselves
