As a paid account with access to the Zoom Admin portal, Account Owners and Admins with the proper permissions to view/edit Chat History Report for Team Chat, you can use that Chat History report to access conversations and download them to back them up.
You can also connect with 3rd party vendors to archive Team Chat messaging.
