Admin Override Personal Settings

Hello.  I am wondering if as an admin, if there is any way to override and disable some of the user settings.  More specifically the 'Change my status to "Away" when inactive for __ minutes' setting?  We would like everyone to have this set to 5 mins.  Would be great if there is a way to do this!

Still wondering if this is a possibility.  At the very least be able to view how users currently have this set.
