scheduler no longer allowing me to schedule meetings with Icloud

When I used to schedule meetings from my Zoom desktop app I could choose the type of meeting in my iCloud calendar. Now it only gives me "business", which is not one of my iCloud options. It also won't let me put in two reminders. WTF is up with this company? I'm unable to get even chat support so am canceling my plan (in 5 months). In the meantime I need this to work how I need it to work.
