Zoom Scheduler allows booking over existing appointments in calendar

I granted Zoom to my Google calendar but despite this, Scheduling offers meetings during times I am busy.

What have I missed?

Update:  I see what the problem is.   It doesn't seen Recurring Meetings, which is 90% of my calendar.   

Is there any way around this issue?  It's not very useful then.
