I will be sharing a Zoom link via Outlook calendar.  Several parties will join the meeting.  It is important that for one of them their email address is not visible either in the calendar invite or during the meeting.  Does this happen automatically?  As owner and scheduler of the meeting, am I the only person who can see others' email addresses?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @NinaatCP.

In a case like this where privacy is ultra-important, I’d send a PRIVATE invitation to the VIP, and leave them off of any invitation sent to others. If it’s important that they know that the VIP is attending, include some text to that effect in the body of the email.

Attendees can’t see the emails of other attendees, so you’ll be fine once they’re in the meeting.
