Zoom has this feature built into the client https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058114, is it possible to access this from zoom rooms?

Yes, but this was only released in the past month and you must be running 6.6.0 or later on your ZR compute and ZRC devices.
This feature is found via Settings -> Help -> Advanced Diagnostics (on the Zoom Rooms Controller).
If you are concerned about the lack of documentation on where to find this feature (there is NONE from Zoom) and the reference in release notes to a 'Network Connectivity Test Tool' (note that none of the terms used in the actual screenshots use this verbiage), make noise and let Zoom know that releasing a new feature is serious business that needs to be properly documented at release. Feel free to reference case TS2036781 and let them know that other customers are upset about this as well.
The community should not have to bear the burden of Zoom's carelessness about documenting its own product.
