I also have this issue, I use a Mac with Outlook for Mac version 16.57. I always type a space after my hyperlink before I send out the invite. The link in the Location field always seems to work regardless its just the link in the body of the message...

If you have the meeting ID from the invite you can look in the Admin portal under Account Management > Recoding Management and do a search for the recording using the meeting ID.

This sometimes will happen to us once we licenses someone for Zoom phone, we usually have the user sign out then sign back in once the sign back in the Zoom Phone icon will appear at the top of the Zoom app, or bottom depending on the zoom app window...
