Zoom Room Pairing not working with Poly X30 and TC8

We have a Poly X30 video bar for the conference room.  It has a TC8 controller.  It is in ZOOM ROOM mode.  The X30 logs in to ZOOM ROOMS just find and offers a pairing CODE on the TOP right corner.  The controller connects (pairs) to the TC8 controller and asks for a ZOOM PAIRING code and fails to connect.  We try over and over.   We reboot devices, both are available on the network.

Hi NIKTEK,

 

I have never been able to get a controller to pair with a room using a pairing code. The only reliable method I have found is connecting both devices via "Activation Code".

To add to Chris's point, you can find the Activation Code option by selecting sign-in first, then select activation code to enter the code generated from Zoom Admin portal
