Getting an error after the latest update on Zoom VRC,  5.11.9124.20230630

 

The Zoom appliance is set to Single Process and gets an error of Can Not Oper Process whenever we try to start the VRC processes from the Web GUI.

 

Rebooting doesn't seem to resolve it. Anyone else use the Zoom VRC appliance and could offer some help on this issue ?

It might be a certificate issue. You can try to troubleshoot it, and use this document as reference: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4875518438797-Configuring-certificates-for-on-premise-appl...

 

But it might be easier to replace the VM with a new one. Downloading and setting a new up might take 5-10 minutes, under ideal conditions.
