We have a Logitech Tap IP controller and Windows 10 device connected to a television for meetings in our conference room. During these meetings some attendees that are viewed on the television show up as black boxes. If asked to reset their camera, their position in the meeting changes and sometimes another person's feed goes black. The attendee can see everything just fine on their end. We've updated all of our software and firmware on each device. The only thing I've noticed is that the Windows 10 device is running a 32-bit version of 5.16.5, rather than 64-bit. Would that be an issue?

Potentially, but it makes sense to start running 64-bit sooner than later, assuming you're using a device with a 64-bit OS - 32-bit ZR will be deprecated in 2024.
