Using Zoom (on Ubuntu) with a large Samsung 50" monitor

My problem with the large monitor is that font sizes in menus are the same as on a small, standard, monitor ... to read it I need to go only 10 cm from the screen, and even then it is difficult. How can I get larger, appropriate font size on the monitor?
