My student is in the waiting room and I can't see her

This is so frustrating and makes me look really bad as a tutor!  I cannot see the student in the waiting room!  This is really bad for my business and has only started since I started having to PAY for Zoom!  I need to find another platform!  In the meantime, how do I get my student into Zoom??
