Room is not available

Hi,

I recently added a bluetooth mic/speaker to our zoom room, and it works just fine.  However, the room is telling me it is not available, the issue being:

"Standalone Bluetooth microphone may cause poor audio quality.  Non-Bluetooth microphone is recommended, but integreated Bluetooth speaker can be used"

That said, i can launch a meeting just fine from the controller, and everything works after that.  How can i clear this error message so it doesn't scare our users off?

Thanks in advance

Fixed my own problem, the answer is to turn off the "Alert" in the corresponding room setting.  (Rooms > room in question  > Room settings > Alert

Fixed my own problem, the answer is to turn off the "Alert" in the corresponding room setting.  (Rooms > room in question  > Room settings > Alert

so i have the same issue, but heres the difference I have over 100 zoomrooms and all provisioned exactly the same. but this particular room has that alert. also, I cannot find that setting on this individual room. will i have to turn alerts off at the top level which will turn them off for the rest ?

poly g7500 everything is up to date

 Hi Tom,

It depends on the alert you have.  For me it was the following

I will try it.

but I would think every system would be showing the same error.
