Also, per documentation:
This beta feature requires enablement by an account representative, is configured under a new Web Portal setting for approved accounts, and is managed by a new Pro AV Zoom Rooms Controller which will be provided to approved beta customers on an individual basis.
There is a Pro AV marketplace app that you'll need to add as well.

When logged into Zoom Admin Portal:
Room Management -> Zoom Rooms -> <room of choice> -> Rooms Profile -> Devices:

Thanks! Funny that you have that option in your web portal - I don't. And I've also tried contacting Zoom support because I had to ask them how to contact my account exec in the first place. 2 months later and I have finally reached my account exec but I still don't have a definitive answer if I can join the beta. (Even a no is too difficult 😞)

Yes, it will need to be manually enabled on the Zoom portal.
Meanwhile Zoom continues to add various other options to the portal that are not featured on any release notes. It's almost as if they think that nobody is actually actively administering their product all week.
