O365 Calendar Integration Sync

I have setup many rooms with O365 Calendar intergration, but the Last Sync'd time doesnt seem to update (See attached)

 

Is this normal, or is there a setting I need to change

 

On the attached, is a manual sync, but I would have thought it does it automatically
