Hello Zoom community. I'd like to know how to launch two rooms simultaneously: one with a personal meeting ID and the other without.

Hi Darsow

You can host two concurrent meetings, however there are some requirements and limitations. Eg. having proper licenses:

  • Licensed user on a Business, Education, or Enterprise account

You can find more info here:

https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068522

You can’t host two meetings at the same time from one Zoom account. To run both rooms simultaneously, you’ll need another licensed user or account to start the second meeting. Alternatively, use one account for the PMI room and a colleague’s account for the other.

@David071, it's not really true what you wrote. You can have two meetings at the same time (considering licensing limitations mentioned above). However - of course you cannot participate personally in both of them. Please spare some time to read support article, that I've linked previously 😉

Darsow mentioned "launching two rooms simultaneously", and that can be done.
