Digital signage not displaying or updating conteng

I followed the instructions of both our AV team and the Zoom site, but the content I added to the default list isn’t updating or displaying on the screens. I uploaded my images, added to the list, made sure it was enabled, then saved. However I asked a colleague in one of the offices (I’m a remote worker) to check and they said the two new images I added are not in the carousel. Is there a way to refresh or reset the players?

i cant figure out how to delete this post, but upon further investigation, we realized someone modified the north america settings so it was no longer using the top level account settings. since this is not our normal practice, we didnt think to check that, but it's working as expected now.
