Hi I am unable to join a Zoom Room w/ Neat Bar Pro + Neat Pad. Controller is on 5.11.1 (1394) and Neat Bar is on 5.11.0 (1553). Keep getting prompt about unable to join because some devices need to be upgraded. Both devices are fully updated. Can someone help?

Starting today, we are also seeing this error on both MacOS 13.3.1 and Windows 10. Zoom Room version 5.14.5 (latest). All updates for OS have been installed, but we still get the error "Some of your Zoom Rooms devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting."

The Neat Bar and Pad weren't detecting the new version of the Zoom app, 5.13. I was able to resolve the issue by factory resetting both appliances and both were able to pull down the latest version of Zoom.
