Allow participants to join before host.

I have this option selected.

We have a pro plan.

If I do not log in first, anyone trying the url are asked to sign in.

I appreciate any help.

Do you have the "only authenticated user can join meetings" setting enabled?

Please check the meeting itself also as it can be turned on while scheduling a meeting if it's not locked at the account level. Also, do you have a "waiting room" enabled for the meeting?

I don't schedule meetings, I send the following URL, maybe that has something to do with it?

- I don't want a passcode or a waiting room, I would like clients to be able to access the room without me logging in - is this possible.?

I would not share out a live meeting link :). If a waiting room is enabled it will automatically disable "join before host" and that could be the issue. I do not think there is a way for the participants to use the room without the host or a cohost being online. They can join the meeting in advance but not interact with one another to the best of my knowledge.

I'm not overly familiar with how end-users are affected. However, if your link is to a meeting that was scheduled before enabling the setting was enabled, it most likely needs to be edited to allow it within that meeting. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202828525-Allow-participants-to-join-before-host
